Rod's Kitchens we guarantee to be on
time where ever possible. In the
unlikely event that we will be late, we
will call and give you plenty of notice
so as not to spoil any other plans you
have made for that day.
We will be there to fix any problems
- In the rare instance a problem
arises (actually less than 1%), you can
rest assured that we'll be there to fix
it. We've been around for 29 years so
we're aren't a fly-by-night
organisation, and we even leave you with
our mobile numbers to ensure you can
reach one of our team.
No high pressure sales tactics -
A kitchen is a very personal thing,
after all, you have to live with your
design for a long time. That's why we
respect your decision, even if that
means going elsewhere to have your
kitchen designed. You won't find any
"crunch" salesman, or high pressure
techniques, and I call every customer
personally just to make sure.
Your Quality Guarantee - If you
spot any problems due to faulty
workmanship or materials within 10 years
of installation, a member of our
helpful, friendly team will be around as
soon as possible to rectify the fault.
You'll find that this is the longest
guarantee in the market today.
